By accessing this website or purchasing or using a Find Love Again course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
ABOUT FIND LOVE AGAIN
Find Love Again is an educational program of Align Counseling LLC.
Find Love Again provides self-directed relationship education, courses, tools, and resources designed to help individuals and couples better understand relationship challenges and develop practical relationship skills.
EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
Find Love Again content is provided for educational purposes only.
The website, courses, workbooks, exercises, videos, written materials, and other resources are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, medical care, legal advice, or individualized clinical advice.
Purchasing or participating in a Find Love Again course does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Patricia Tolle, MSW, LCSW, Align Counseling LLC, or any affiliated clinician.
Couples therapy through Align Counseling LLC is a separate professional service.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use a Find Love Again course.
COURSE PURCHASES
Prices, course descriptions, course features, and availability are displayed on the applicable website or checkout page.
Payment may be processed through third-party platforms and payment processors, including Teachable and its supported payment providers.
By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and account information.
COURSE ACCESS
Course access periods are described on the applicable course sales page.
For the After the Affair course, enrollment includes 12 months of access from the date of enrollment.
Course lessons may be released according to a scheduled or weekly lesson-release format.
Access is provided for the individual purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or distributed to others unless Find Love Again expressly states otherwise.
REFUNDS
Refund eligibility is governed by the Find Love Again Refund Policy and the applicable checkout and payment-platform terms.
For applicable course purchases, refund requests may be made within 14 days of the initial payment, subject to the applicable Teachable checkout and refund terms in effect at the time of purchase.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Find Love Again website, course materials, videos, workbooks, exercises, written content, graphics, branding, frameworks, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Align Counseling LLC and Find Love Again.
These materials are provided for your personal, noncommercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, upload, publicly display, modify, create derivative commercial products from, or otherwise exploit course materials without prior written permission.
You may download or print worksheets or materials specifically provided for your personal use.
ACCOUNT AND COURSE SECURITY
