14-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Find Love Again course purchases are eligible for a full refund when a refund is requested within 14 days of the initial course payment, subject to the applicable Teachable checkout and refund terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Please include the name and email address used when purchasing the course, along with the name of the course.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, financial institution, or payment method used.
COURSE ACCESS AFTER A REFUND
Course access may be removed once a refund is processed.
REQUESTS AFTER 14 DAYS
Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the initial payment are generally outside the standard refund period and may not be eligible for a refund.
Find Love Again may review exceptional circumstances at its discretion where permitted by the applicable payment platform and its policies.
PAYMENT PROVIDERS
Courses may be sold and processed through third-party platforms such as Teachable and their supported payment processors.
Refund eligibility, processing, timing, and other payment-related matters may also be subject to the terms and policies of the payment platform or payment provider used at checkout.
